Where would will the cd changer be in an 850 est.

As my radio (SC801 I think) has the "CD" button but nothing happen's when pressed. I lifted up the spare wheel compartment's and the side bit's too, I obviously dont have one, but where would it go if I did? "Where would will".....what the hell kind of title is that...doh lol

It should be in the NS rear pocket in the boot area. There is a hinged plastic lid covering the lot. If you have one fitted, you can't miss it.

I cant find it anywhere I the wheel well's or at the side where it would go, I know it will/must go somwhere. I lifted the side bit's up (on each side) but there nothing under there either, just some thick clearish rubber pipe with a black rubber type thing at the end of it going into the chassis. Aslo...how do you get the radio out?, I see two long slim button's at the each side that press in, so what's the knack to it?

Ok...I'll have another look, but I'm not counting on anything.. Thanks for the radio technique...Iv'e got code anyway, so I wont be stuck.. Oh btw....just out of curiousity.....who make's the radio's for Volvo eg the SC801 (if that's right), cause it's a bloody excellent sound!. Better than anything had so far....very bassy, without compromising quality.
