OZONE plug-in question

I'm using Izotope Ozone 3 plug-in for mastering and am forced to use the presets until I get some more $$$ together. My question is on the INPUT and OUTPUT levels. When I load a preset, the INPUT level on the Ozone window are constantly showing input. In other words, with no noise coming thru an instrument or a mic, the input level constantly bounces around -64. On some of the presets, both the INPUT and OUTPUT levels show signs of activity. When I lower the AUX 1 or the MASTER channel to zero on my command 8, the level returns to zero. Why would there be this activity on the input / output on the Ozone plug-in with no sound being played?? I sure hope I explained this well enough.

Hi Go to the loudness maximiser page and turn the dither TYPE to none. That should do the trick brandy

I tried to but it wont let me access anything as it is the light version. The DITHER is set to none anyway and I still get my levels bouncing around with no sound coming in and out. Any ideas?

When you open ozone first click ok to get rid of the preset screen,then yo will be able to open each module by clicking on its respective button. By the way if you cant access anything how do you know dither type is set to none? brandy

When I close the window, I can see that it says DITHER - NONE. When I try to click on anything in any box, a dialog opens telling me to buy it or authorize it. The only thing I can do is select one of about 10 presets and you can't do anyhting elsr with the program.
