i think I have leaking vacuum bellows on my 960 3.0 Estate. On going up hills or accelerating the blower fan appears to drop and then increases again on releasing the throttle. when the throttle is pressed the air seems to come out of the foot vents instead of the face vents. how do you access the vacuum bellows??? is it a job for an expert or just anybody? what do you do when you access them??
these bellows seem to be a big problem. the ones in my moms 960 are bad, i drove a car before i bought the one i have and they were bad. i just replaced 2 of mine, 6 months later it is doing it again, hopefully this time it is just a vacuum line off, but not likely. fogot to tell ya. same symptoms for my car. you can try different vent settings to determine which one(s) are bad. i think the common ones are the inside/outside air and the one for the main vents.
