Please help I am at the end of my teather.

Evening all hope your all having a great Christmas, I am at the end of my teather I have been trying to find the vacuum tree in my S70 but why the hell can I not find it, I am trying to fit a boost gauge I have had some advice on where it is but I am getting really p'd off with it now because I just cant find it. Unfortunatley it didnt mate my engine bay looks different it doesnt have a cover on it with that bolt on. I can see where there is a vacuum hose already connected but that is it no more. My car was an ex police gun carrying car but I would be very suprised if that has anything to do with it they have moved some stuff around in the car. I am just really baffled. Sorry mate. Matt.

what year & model is your car?

I cant work out why something so simple is seeming to be so hard. Its 2000 W reg S70 manual blue bade on the grill if that makes any difference. Cheers mate Matt.

it has an electronic throttle then, which is why you cant find the cable i have no idea if they have that vacume tree on your year car

Ok mate, so doest this mean I can cut into the original one (if this is what its for) and put a t piece in and connect it this way. Matt.

i would wait get some advice from someone with your year car...

Me7 = no tree and no throttle cable there is a pipe you can fit a tee piece in that runs along the side of the engine near to the airbox, i am sure someone on here will tell you which pipe it is, Gary,
