What are the chances of Reaper getting a good Notation view and a Step Sequencer in the near future? also a cell based system like Ableton Live?

+1 but I'd venture to guess the chances are slim might be worthwhile to pursue a 3rd party plugin with the functionality you want. Unfortunately I have yet to find one for OSX.

Would be nice but i doubt it Reaper feels very much audio oriented and i think it will stay that way unless a new dev joins cockos who would use this stuff NAS
