How to "freeze" a track with ReaInsert?

Is there a command to "freeze", "bounce" or whatever, that is capable to record the signal with the external insert or should I keep recording the signal to another track? Thanks!

You need the online render funtion in the render dialog. For the future this would be nice (Online Apply FX if ReaInsert is on the track).
