help with error mesage!

Helo, I am using DVDDecrypter latest version, and when I am trying to rip this DVD I get an error screen (at about 69%) saying this: I/O error: Device: (my DVD drive here) ASPI SRB Status: 0x04 Interpretation: SRB Completed With Error Host Adapter Status: 0x00 Interpretation: Host Adapter Did Not Detect An Error Target Status: 0x02 Interpretation: Check Condition CDB: 28 00 00 1E AC 40 00 00 01 00 Interpretation: Read(10) - Sector 2010176 Sense Area: F0 00 03 00 1E AC 40 0A 00 00 00 00 11 05 Interpretation: L-EC Uncorrectable Error and then it asks: Abort Retry Ignore... I can't understand why this error since the DVD title is brand new and it's without a single scratch on its surface.

You cant always see the errors as physical damage on the disc. Just try hitting 'Retry' a few more times. If the errors continue, have the disc replaced.

I doubt this is an ASPI issue. The program is able to communicate with the drive just fine. Its the hardware erroring out, not the software.

Its actually what the sensearea bit says that is important (and you didnt tell me that!). However, yes, I expect its just a scratched disc.
