Ingnition Barrel

Has anybody out there had this trouble.When I start my S70 at night and try to turn the lights on they won't work.I have to fiddle with the ingnition key to get them to work.Any ideas please.:hissyfit:

Going on previous posts it's not the actual key barrel but the plugin electrical bit at the end of the barrel, it's in one of the forums how to swap it with a newie.

850 ignition lock 

my 850 has had this poblem for years. on start up i now automatically turn the key back very slightly as if turning the engine off - but not quite - and i've never had any problem.
