Dell D6000 and DisplayPort stuck at 640x480

Hi, So I am using a D6000 over USB-C, I have a HMI screen attached which works. When I use DisplayPort the resolution is stuck at 640x480, no way to change it in Display Properties, the field is greyed out. Tried the Dell software, and the Beta software from this website, with the same results. Tried to reboot and the other display port output. It appears the display is detected but is known! Any ideas. Thanks

Hello, There is probably issues reading the display identification (EDID). Like for all other posts, we would need the logs, as described in my forum signature to know if that is actually what is going on, or not. Alternatively, swap the DP cable. Regards, Alban
